Store Regulations

1. Online store: Lumi, operating at lumisklep94.shop, run by Jagoda and Marysia.
2. These Online Store Regulations define the rules for making purchases in the online store: Lumi, and in particular the rules and procedure for concluding distance contracts via the Store. No returns possible.
3. In the scope of Services provided electronically, these Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 9 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended).
4. The Regulations are addressed to all Customers of the Store. All Customers are required to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Regulations before making a purchase.
5. Each customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Regulations. Sales are made on the basis of the Regulations in force at the time of placing the order.
6. Every customer has the opportunity to read the Regulations at any time on the Store's website by clicking on the hyperlink "Store Regulations".

7. All information contained on the Store's website relating to products (including prices) does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended), but an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended). The Customer sending the Order Form makes an offer to purchase and deliver the indicated Goods for the price and under the conditions specified in the description.

Receiving and processing orders

1. The condition for using the Store is to read and accept these Regulations. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the content of the Regulations.
2. The Seller applies individual price adjustments to the proposed offers, based on automated decision-making.
3. If the Consumer is required to pay more than the agreed price, described in the previous paragraph, the Store will immediately inform the Consumer of this fact, explaining the reason for the price difference. The Consumer will be charged additional costs only after obtaining the Consumer's express consent.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices in the Store, introduce new Products for sale, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns, or introduce changes to them, in accordance with applicable law.

5. In the event of a promotion, the Store informs customers about the lowest price of the Product from the last 60 days. If the Product has been on sale for less than 60 days, the price before the promotion is the lowest price since the Product was introduced to the Store. This information is presented next to the promotional price of the Product.
6. Orders by Customers are accepted by means of the Order Form sent via the website.
7. The Product Order is placed by selecting the Product that the customer is interested in, clicking the "ADD TO CART" button located next to the Product description, then from the "CART" level located in the Store tab, filling out the Order Form, including selecting the form of delivery and payment, or selecting the payment option on delivery, if available for the selected Product, and then clicking confirmation of purchase.
8.After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation of the placed order to his/her e-mail address provided in the Order Form.
9. After the customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the submitted offer, the process of order fulfillment by the Seller begins, whereby:
a) in the case of placing an order paid on delivery - starts at the latest on the next business day after its confirmation by the Seller.
b) in the case of placing an order paid by traditional transfer - the processing time begins after the payment for the placed order is credited to the Store's bank account.
10. Orders placed in the Store are processed during Store opening hours (on working days, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Orders placed on working days after 3:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
11. The Customer will receive a message about the acceptance of the order for execution, which is understood as the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the offer. Upon its receipt by the Customer, a sales contract is concluded.

12. We do not issue receipts or invoices at this time.

14. The seller does not post fake or distorted reviews. The reviews posted are both positive and negative.

Payment processing

1. The following payment methods are available within the Store:

a) cash on delivery - upon receipt of the shipment
b) traditional transfer - to a bank account
c) PayPal
2. Detailed rules and conditions for making payments through banks or other available services are specified in the relevant regulations of the relevant banks and services.
3. The Customer who has chosen the bank transfer payment option is obliged to pay for the order placed, within five (5) business days from the date of placing the order. Otherwise, the Seller's offer is not binding and the order is removed from the system. In the payment title, it is sufficient to provide only the number of the order being placed. It is possible to extend the payment deadline, after informing the Store service about this fact.
